Tater Tots
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
- 3. Place potatoes in a large bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- 4. Add flour and olive oil to the bowl and mix until potatoes are evenly coated.
- 5. Place potatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- 6. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
