Chocolate Souffle
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a souffle dish with butter.
- 2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, flour, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- 3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually add the butter mixture to the eggs, stirring constantly.
- 4. Gradually stir in milk until mixture is smooth. Pour into the prepared dish.
- 5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the souffle has risen and is lightly golden. Serve immediately.
