Tater Tots

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • 3. Place potatoes in a large bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • 4. Add flour and olive oil to the bowl and mix until potatoes are evenly coated.
  • 5. Place potatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • 6. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • 7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
