Mignonette Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the shallots, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, black pepper, and salt.
- 2. Stir to combine and let the mixture sit at least 5 minutes before serving.
- 3. Serve with freshly shucked or baked oysters.
