Mignonette Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
