Baked Oysters on the Half Shell
Ingredients
- 1 dozen freshly shucked oysters it's ok to stop right here. Either way they are #delicious
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Arrange the oysters on a baking sheet and brush with the melted butter.
- 3. Sprinkle the lemon juice, white wine, garlic, pepper, and salt over the oysters.
- Serve with a Mignonette Sauce
