Baked Oysters on the Half Shell
Ingredients

dozen freshly shucked oysters
it's ok to stop right here. Either way they are #delicious

tablespoons
melted butter
2
tablespoons
freshly squeezed lemon juice
2
tablespoons
white wine
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
1
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/4
teaspoon
sea salt
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Arrange the oysters on a baking sheet and brush with the melted butter.
3. Sprinkle the lemon juice, white wine, garlic, pepper, and salt over the oysters.
