Homemade Potato Chips

Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Slice potatoes into very thin slices, about 1/8-inch thick.
- 3. Place slices in a large bowl and add the oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- 4. Spread slices onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- 5. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until chips are crispy and golden brown.
