- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup diced vegetables of your choice
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Beat eggs and milk together in a medium bowl.
- 3. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and scramble.
- 4. Add the vegetables and cheese and cook until the eggs are cooked through.
