Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 1 pound dried navy beans
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 pound bacon diced
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and sort beans. Soak overnight in a large pot of water.
- 2. Drain beans and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients except for bacon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour.
- 3. Grease slow cooker. Add beans and bacon. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- 4. Serve hot.
