Simple Whip Cream

Ingredients
- -2 cups heavy whipping cream
- -1/4 cup powdered sugar
- -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until it starts to thicken.
- Note: It helps if the cream is cold
- 2. Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
- 3. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.
- 4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
