Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound rib-eye steak thinly sliced
- 4 ounces Cheez Whiz
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and onion and sauté until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add the steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Reduce the heat to low and add the Cheez Whiz. Stir until the cheese is melted and the steak is evenly coated.
- 4. Divide the steak and cheese mixture among the hoagie rolls and serve.
