Pasta Recipe Using Machine
Pasta is so satisfying when it is made fresh. Pasta is even more satisfying when it is fast and easy. Using a home pasta maker you can make a wide variety of fast and fresh pastas, with just four ingredients, in just minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour spooned & leveled
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients and press start. Please note that starting instructions vary between machines. Please refer to the instructions for the model you are using.
- In apx 3 minutes the pasta will begin to extrude from your machine.
- Cut to desires length
Cooking:
- Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Strain.
- Add the olive oil, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese.
- Add sauce to taste.
- Enjoy.
Notes
Flavor and Color Options
To add variety you can use food colorings and juices to change the color of your pasta.
You can also add flavors to enhance your pasta. Try Lemon, rosemary or your favorite jams to give you interesting flavor options. Be creative. That is when interesting things happen.
