Pasta Recipe Using Machine

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups Semolina Flour
• 2.5 ounces Water

INSTRUCTIONS

• Pour Flour into Pasta machine
• Add 75 ML water to pasta machine

FLOUR PASTA INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups Flour
• 1 egg
• 2.5 ounces Water

RED PASTA (BEET)

• 2 cups flour
• 1 egg
• 2.5 cups Beet Juice

GREEN PASTA (SPINACH)

• 2 cups Flour
• 1 egg
• 2.5 ounces Spinach Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

• Pour Flour and all dry ingredients into Pasta machine
• Add the wet ingredients into the pasta machine
• Press start
