Blueberry Popovers
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Ingredients
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 12-cup popover pan with butter.
- 2. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- 3. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, butter, and eggs until combined.
- 4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients stirring until just combined.
- 5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- 6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared popover cups.
- 7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the popovers are golden brown.
- 8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
