Blueberry Popovers

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 12-cup popover pan with butter.
  • 2. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  • 3. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, butter, and eggs until combined.
  • 4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients stirring until just combined.
  • 5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • 6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared popover cups.
  • 7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the popovers are golden brown.
  • 8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
