Ingredients

  • Ground Sausage
  • Chopped Onion
  • Dash of oil
  • 12 Eggs feel free to reduce as desired
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Salsa

Instructions

  • Brown sausage on grill
  • Sautee chopped onions on grill
  • Add eggs to grill
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese onto eggs
  • Cook thoroughly and roll.
  • Add salsa to top of omelet
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of salsa
