- Ground Sausage
- Chopped Onion
- Dash of oil
- 12 Eggs feel free to reduce as desired
- Cheddar Cheese
- Salsa
Instructions
- Brown sausage on grill
- Sautee chopped onions on grill
- Add eggs to grill
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese onto eggs
- Cook thoroughly and roll.
- Add salsa to top of omelet
- Sprinkle cheese on top of salsa
