Pasta Recipe Using No Machine

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of pasta dough
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

- 1. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll each piece of dough into a long cylinder.
- 2. Roll out the pasta on a cutting board lightly dusted with flour.
- 3. Continue rolling the dough until you reach the desired thickness.
- 4. Cut the dough into the desired shape ideally using a pizza cutter.
- Instructions for Cooking the Pasta Noodles
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Strain the pasta and place in a large bowl.
- 4. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- 5. Toss the pasta to combine.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
