Ingredients
- - 4 eggs
- - 1/4 cup milk
- - 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- - 1/4 cup diced vegetables of your choice
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and milk together until combined.
- 3. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil and pour the egg mixture into it.
- 4. Sprinkle cheese and vegetables over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
