Baked Omelet

Ingredients

  • - 4 eggs
  • - 1/4 cup milk
  • - 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • - 1/4 cup diced vegetables of your choice
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and milk together until combined.
  • 3. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil and pour the egg mixture into it.
  • 4. Sprinkle cheese and vegetables over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
