Pear Tart With Crème Fraiche

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry
- 2 pears cored and sliced
- 3 tablespoons crème fraiche
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. Unroll the puff pastry and place it on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- 3. Arrange the pear slices on top of the puff pastry.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraiche, sugar, and cinnamon.
- 5. Spread the crème fraiche mixture over the pears.
- 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the pears are tender.
- 7. Serve warm and with French-style Ice Cream
