Pear Tart With Crème Fraiche

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry
  • 2 pears cored and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons crème fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Unroll the puff pastry and place it on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • 3. Arrange the pear slices on top of the puff pastry.
  • 4. In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraiche, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • 5. Spread the crème fraiche mixture over the pears.
  • 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the pears are tender.
  • 7. Serve warm and with French-style Ice Cream
