Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter until evenly blended.
- Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
- Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
