Sticky Buns

Ingredients
- 2 cups white flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, butter, warm milk, sugar and salt.
- 2. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
- 3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for an hour.
- 4. Grease a baking dish with the melted butter.
- 5. Roll out the dough and spread it in the baking dish.
- 6. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 7. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough.
- 8. Roll up the dough and cut it into pieces.
- 9. Place the pieces in the baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
