Sticky Buns

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, butter, warm milk, sugar and salt.
  • 2. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  • 3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for an hour.
  • 4. Grease a baking dish with the melted butter.
  • 5. Roll out the dough and spread it in the baking dish.
  • 6. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • 7. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough.
  • 8. Roll up the dough and cut it into pieces.
  • 9. Place the pieces in the baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
