1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, butter, warm milk, sugar and salt.
2. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for an hour.
4. Grease a baking dish with the melted butter.
5. Roll out the dough and spread it in the baking dish.
6. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
7. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough.
8. Roll up the dough and cut it into pieces.
9. Place the pieces in the baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
