Insane Breakfast Burger

Ingredients
- Pancakes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- 1 shake of cinnamon
- 1 egg
- Optional Fork U Tip ¼ cup of applesauce (just try it).
Other Ingredients:
- 2 Large Ground Beef patties
- Salt/Pepper
- Yellow mustard on burger before you put grill side down
- 4 strips Bacon
- 2 Smashed Sausage patties
- 2 Eggs
- 2 slices cheese – Swiss
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. In a medium size bowl combine all of the ingredients for the pancakes and mix until there are no lumps
- 2. Preheat a griddle to 350 degrees F
- 3. Pour the pancake mix on gridle making 4 pancakes
- 4. Add a drizzle of maple syrup while cooking the first side of the pancakes
- 5. When the pancakes are golden brown on both sides, remove from the griddle and set aside
- 6. Grill 2 large ground beef patties, add salt and pepper and add yellow mustard on top side of the burger before you put them grill side down
- 7. Add cheese to melt over the burgers when they are almost complete
- 8. Grill 4 strips bacon to your preferred doneness and then set aside
- 9. Grill 2 smashed sausage patties and then set aside
- 10. Grill 2 eggs, sunny side up
Build Breakfast Burger:
- 1. Using the pancakes as “buns”, place one down to start the burger
- 2. Add (1) cooked burger with the melted cheese
- 3. Place (2) strips of bacon over the burger
- 4. Add (1) sausage patty
- 5. And then (1) egg
- 6. Place another pancake to top it off
- 7. Have napkins ready nearby!
