Peanut Clusters
- 2 cups of roasted peanuts
- 12 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of light corn syrup

Ingredients
- 1. In a double boiler melt the chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
- 2. Add in the corn syrup and stir until completely combined.
- 3. Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the peanuts.
- 4. Drop spoonful’s of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until hardened.
