Sloppy Joe Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup onion, diced

1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Cook, stirring and breaking up the ground beef, until the beef is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Stir to combine.

3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick and saucy.

4. Serve the sloppy joes on hamburger buns. Enjoy!
