Chocolate Parfait Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crumbled chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and cream over low heat, stirring constantly until the chips have melted.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla extract.
- Place the crumbled cookies in the bottom of a parfait glass.
- Pour in half of the melted chocolate mixture.
- Top with a layer of whipped cream.
- Pour in the remaining melted chocolate mixture.
- Top with another layer of whipped cream.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
