Ingredients

• 1 pint of scallops
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 3 tablespoons of flour
• 3 tablespoons of minced parsley
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
• 1/2 cup of white wine
• 1/2 cup of bread crumbs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place scallops in a greased baking dish.

3. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk in flour until combined.

4. Add parsley, salt, and pepper to the butter and flour mixture and stir to combine.

5. Pour the mixture over the scallops and stir until evenly coated.

6. Pour the wine over the scallops and sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.

7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Serve hot.
