Hamburger Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat a large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it is browned.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
