6 oranges
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of water
Instructions:
- Peel oranges and remove any pith.
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add orange peels and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove peels from syrup and let cool.
- Roll peels in sugar and let dry for a few hours.
