Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning as needed, until browned on all sides.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce or side dish.
