Marc starts our holiday journey learning about wine tasting and wine pairing. We learn how to pair wines for the holidays including wine in your favorite holiday recipes.

As the holiday season is upon us, Many find themself with that uncomfortable feeling that you will need to choose wines to accompany my holiday dishes. If you are no wine expert you really don’t want to embarrass yourself in front of family and guests.

So today we enlisted the help of Perry Giancola, co-owner of Ed’s Fine Wines to help us with some wine pairing and to debunk some wine myths. And we will all be on cloud wine as we make some wine infused holiday dishes and learn some new variations on classic short ribs, poached pair and an off the chart grape salad with cotton candy grapes. Yes, you heard that right.
