1. Fold dough around your finger to form a knot.

2. Build on oven safe tray a Christmas tree (or any shape that fits the season) with garlic knots

3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes

4. Brush the garlic knot tree with Olive oil & garlic butter

5. Sprinkle pecorino, Romano cheese over the garlic knot tree

6. Add fresh cut Basil
