1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth.
2. Add the cream, honey, and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
3. Increase the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a simmer.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
6. Place the fresh berries in a shallow bowl and pour the warm chocolate sauce over top.
7. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
