Classic Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
  • 3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • 4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning as needed, until browned on all sides.
  • 5. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 6. Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce or side dish.
