Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes per side.
3. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker.
4. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, celery, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
